Refund requests are reviewed against payment status, service activation, and delivery records maintained by MIRA.
Eligible refunds are processed back to the same payment source used at checkout.
Approved refunds may take 7-10 working days, depending on the bank or payment partner.
Fees are generally non-refundable once a listing, subscription, visit, or service is activated.
Share your payment reference, registered mobile number, service details, and reason for refund with MIRA support.
