• Allow property Owners to list rental properties.
• Enable Tenants to search and contact Owners.
• Provide verified or premium listing packages (if applicable).
• Generate leads subject to subscription package terms.

1. Subscription packages are subject to payment of applicable fees.
2. In consideration of fees received, the Company shall:
   • Provide access to rental leads generated through the Platform.
   • Host and display property listings as per selected package.
3. Listings shall be visible based on search filters applied by Users.
4. The Company does not guarantee:
   • Any minimum number of leads.
   • Any specific ranking or display order.
   • Successful renting of the property.
5. The Company may request the following details for listing:
   • Carpet area / Built-up area
   • Monthly rent
   • Security deposit
   • Exact location and address
   • Property images
   • Any other information required for listing.
6. The Company reserves the right to modify listing placement algorithms.

• Leads are generated based on user interest and platform activity.
• The Company does not guarantee:
  • Conversion of leads into tenants.
  • Accuracy of tenant-provided information.
• Lead count and visibility data maintained by the Company's system shall be final and binding in case of disputes.

All software, content design, branding, and technology used on the Platform remain the exclusive property of the Company.

The Company retains intellectual property rights over listing layouts, marketing creatives, and platform-generated content.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Remove or modify any listing.
• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Reject listings that violate policies.

This may be done without prior notice.

1. Once a subscription package is activated, cancellation is not permitted.
2. No refund shall be processed once the package goes live.
3. Refunds, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
4. The Company's decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss.
• Tenant default.
• Fraudulent users.
• Property disputes.
• Rental agreement disputes.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal disputes arising from:

• Incorrect listings
• Legal violations
• Breach of these Terms

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at:

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
