Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our platform
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other policies published by the Company.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Definitions
Company means MIRA BHARAT.
Platform means the website and/or mobile application operated by the Company.
User means any person accessing or using the Platform.
Owner / Landlord means a person listing a property for rent.
Tenant means a person searching for rental property.
Listing means property details uploaded on the Platform.
Lead means contact details of prospective tenants shared with the Owner.
3. Services Provided
The Company provides an online platform to:
Allow property Owners to list rental properties.
Enable Tenants to search and contact Owners.
Provide verified or premium listing packages (if applicable).
Generate leads subject to subscription package terms.
Note: The Company acts only as an intermediary and does not own, rent, or control any property listed on the Platform.
4. Subscription & Payment Terms
Subscription packages are subject to payment of applicable fees.
In consideration of fees received, the Company shall:
Provide access to rental leads generated through the Platform.
Host and display property listings as per selected package.
Listings shall be visible based on search filters applied by Users.
The Company does not guarantee:
Any minimum number of leads.
Any specific ranking or display order.
Successful renting of the property.
The Company may request the following details for listing:
Carpet area / Built-up area
Monthly rent
Security deposit
Exact location and address
Property images
Any other information required for listing.
The Company reserves the right to modify listing placement algorithms.
5. Lead Delivery & Disclaimer
Leads are generated based on user interest and platform activity.
The Company does not guarantee:
Conversion of leads into tenants.
Accuracy of tenant-provided information.
Lead count and visibility data maintained by the Company's system shall be final and binding in case of disputes.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree that:
All information uploaded is accurate and lawful.
You have full rights to upload property details and images.
The property is legally available for rent.
You will comply with all applicable laws, including rental and property laws.
You shall not:
Upload false or misleading information.
Post duplicate listings.
Upload illegal, defamatory, or prohibited content.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, content design, branding, and technology used on the Platform remain the exclusive property of the Company.
The Company retains intellectual property rights over listing layouts, marketing creatives, and platform-generated content.
8. Content Moderation
The Company reserves the right to:
Remove or modify any listing.
Suspend or terminate accounts.
Reject listings that violate policies.
This may be done without prior notice.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
9. General Policy
Once a subscription package is activated, cancellation is not permitted.
No refund shall be processed once the package goes live.
Refunds, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
The Company's decision regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
10. Moneyback Package (If Applicable)
Eligibility for Refund:
Property must remain unrented after full package duration.
Full package utilisation is mandatory.
Refund request must be submitted within 4 days of expiry.
No refund if 50 or more tenant contacts have been delivered.
GST and service charges are non-refundable.
Service Charges (Example)
Rental Property: ₹399/- service charge deductible.
Refunds, if approved, shall be processed within 30 working days.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:
Any direct or indirect loss.
Tenant default.
Fraudulent users.
Property disputes.
Rental agreement disputes.
Note: The Company only provides a listing platform.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal disputes arising from:
Incorrect listings
Legal violations
Breach of these Terms
13. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at:
Bargarh, Odisha
14. Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
